Bubbles are a great passion of Stephen, who personally makes sure to try new labels, always coming up ahead of the others! He likes to talk directly with the producers, learn the history of wine, its production and its territory, then selects the bottles with great care, professionalism and attention.

On the menu is a wide range of best-known labels such as Jacquesson, Pommery, Laurent Perrier, but also of small producers unearthed over the years; there is even a small space reserved for rosé and Italian bubbles, from north to south.

Stefano is always excited to advise his customers the perfect combination, to discover unusual productions and talk about his amazing passion, often with some “off-menu” wines.
